Brewing Thoughts started with two students, one truck, and a dream of creating something meaningful for our community.

We are Sofia and Titan, the founders of Brewing Thoughts. Sofia is a 19-year-old Hispanic advertising student who has always loved baking, experimenting with flavors, painting, and design. Titan is a 20-year-old Asian-Polish electrical engineering student with a passion for business, finance, and building ideas from the ground up.

Together, we started Brewing Thoughts out of Titan’s truck and built our mobile café by hand. What began as a small idea has grown into something much bigger, and we are currently working on building our first shop.

At Brewing Thoughts, we make our syrups in-house, experiment with unique flavors, and put care into every drink we serve. We place baby’s breath on every cup as a small personal touch, making each drink feel a little more thoughtful and special. More than anything, we love how coffee brings us closer to people. Our goal is to create a welcoming space where creativity, conversation, and community come together.
